An alarm will be triggered if the safe is shaken violently. During the alarm, the keypad and fingerprint sensor will be temporarily disabled. After setting up Silence Mode, you can mute the sound of the tone for silent entry

Most home fireproof safes offer at least 30 minutes of protection. That may not sound long, but most fires move through a room in less than 20 minutes.
We recommend installing your safe on the inside corner of two exterior walls for fire protection. These walls will stay the coolest in the event of a fire. You should also keep your safe on the first floor for two reasons. Heat rises, so if your safe is on the top floor, it will be exposed to higher temperatures.
