The code will beep with every digit entry, and if you enter the code wrong, it will beep 4 time as an audible warning that you entered the code wrong. You can call it an “alarm”, but I would not call it a “tamper” alarm, just a wrong entry code “alarm”.

To silence the audible sound of the electronics, press the“(((●)))”button for 3 seconds, all keys(1-3) will light up once with one beep and let go. To turn the sound back on repeat the above steps.
According to the issues you mentioned, we think it may be because you press and hold the “PROGRAM” button for too long. If you press and hold the “PROGRAM” button for 5-8 seconds, it will delete all the key fobs.
If you want program RFID key fobs, please follow the step:
1.With the safe open, program key fob by using button tool pressing the “PROGRAM” button (2 seconds) and let go, all keys (1-3) will light up twice with the double beeps.
2.Place the key fob over the keypad approximately 1/4″ from the surface for the scan. When the safe beeps and the keypad lights up remove your key fob.
3.Press and hold the “PROGRAM” button by using button tool again (2 seconds) and let go, all keys (1-3) will light up 4 times with the 4 beeps. This tone confirms that the key fob has been reset. Then you can test the key fob.

According to the issues you mentioned, we think that you must press anyone of “1,2,3” button at first, then place your key fob over the RFID induction zone to open the safe.

Yes it comes with mounting hardware. If mounted vertically the box should be positioned so that the door opens left to right or right to left. If mounted vertically and the spring loaded door has to open upward it won’t stay open.
Yes, you can. But you cannot register more than 20 fingerprints. If the light flashes 5 times with 10 beeps when you register once your fingerprint, it means the fingerprint storage capacity is full.

May I ask if you can open the safe with your fingers after insert 4 AAA Alkaline Batteries before you program.
Any fingerprint can open the door before programming the fingerprints.

According to the issues you mentioned, we think that you haven’t reset the safe.
May I ask if you can open the safe with the factory code: 0-0-0.
If you can open the safe, follow the steps below to reset your personal code:
1. Turn the three wheel combination to factory code: 0-0-0 and turn the knob clockwise to the open position.
2. leave the knob turned
3. Open the lid. On the underside of the lid, move the lever from the”A”position to the “B”position.
4. Set your personal code
5. Return the lever on the underside of the lid from “B” to “A”. Then you can test your code
You can call a locksmith to help you open the safe.
This safe come with a cable already. Is a regular insulated cable with a loop to hold it inside.
